What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?

Driver's License

A valid driver's license in the name of the main driver. 

Deposit

A $250 cash deposit is required in order to rent a vehicle.

Minimum Age

We require that the renter should be over 21 years of age.

Insurance

A personal insurance that covers car rental or ask about an insurance add-on.

  • Where is your main office to pick up the vehicle?

    Our main office is located in El Centro, CA 92243. 

  • Can I add an additional driver to the rental?

    Yes, addtional drivers are allowed to be added on to the rental. Any additional driver(s) will be fully responsible for the vehicle and would have to sign the contract as well as be on the insurance.

  • Can I place the deposit guarantee on my debit card, prepaid card or cash?

    A $250 cash deposit is required in order to rent a vehicle. This deposit will go towards your rental fee. 

  • Do I need my personal insurance coverage on the rental?

    It is not necessary to have a personal insurance coverage, you can provide a third party insurance aswell. Please contact us if you have any questions as we do help provide car rental insurance.


  • What is the vehicle rental cancellation policy?

    We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. If for any reason the cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance the deposit will be nonrefundable.

  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

    If you need to cancel or modify your rental reservation please call or text us at 442-379-9583. 

  • Do you offer parking for my vehicle when I pick up the rental?

    The facility where the pick up is made has parking however, we are not responsible for your vehicle. Please keep in mind that it is at your own risk.

  • What procedure should I follow if I am involved in a traffic accident with the rental?

    Please get in contact with us as soon as possible in order to proceed with the following. If it’s an emergency or life-threatening we would recommend to call 911.
